PROPOSAL:-

Itemized proposal and suggested, detailed itinerary will be offered in Foreign currency "either US. Dollars or Euros " and send it to you through fax or e-mail, each service quoted separately in order you will be able to remove of change any of the offered services. Proposal will be includes all services required and will show what include and excludes.

SITE INCPECTION:-

We are glad to invite you to visit our country in order to be sure that the best possible services will be offered by Diplomatic Travel services. Site inspection will be under the following conditions:-

• The best possible reduced rate will be offered.
• All services will be charged on net basis.
• Cost of the site inspection will be deducted in case if event is materializing.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLlCY:-

In case if cancellation due to force majeur, full refund will be applied, while in case if cancellation for any other simple reasons, Diplomatic Travel Services will refund the paid deposits after deducting the cancellation fee according to our suppliers policy and management fees which will be shown in our proposal.
